Birth control advice, pleaseeeee

So, a little about me; I am turning 30 in a few days and I suffer from adult acne and severe mood changes as premenstrual effects and today I was prescribed with June Fe (28 pills) as birth control but I would like to know if any of you have taken this pill and their side effect, if any.

I am worried about my sex drive decreasing or getting more acne.
