Too Young To Want A Baby?

I'm 17 & I'm having baby fever.. like bad.. I'm not even sure if I should be thinking about it. I don't really know what age I should have a baby if I do.

Baby fever sucks but I would try to hold out for a few more years. Coming from a girl who was 19 when she had her first.

Live your life first girly! I was 18 when I got pregnant & 19 when I had my son.. & he turns one the day after Christmas.. babies are a tonnnnn of work. My son is my biggest blessing but i should've waited for numerous reasons!! Baby fever is real though lol don't let it get you!!😂

I'm not going to tell you to have a child. But I won't tell you either not to have one and that it'd ruin your life. 
Baby fever is normal. I'm 18 and I have it too. I've always had it because my dream has always been to build a family and have children. But except this, baby fever is just caused by hormones. Because you're in the age when you're in best form and it's biologically the best moment to have a baby. 
But... it's just an illusion. Maybe you don't truly want a child at the moment. Some people quit school and decide to have children quite young, and that's treize choice. Some regret it sometimes, but some don't. And what they regret is not the fact they had a child, it's the fact they weren't ready and prepared for it. It's the fact they maybe couldn't take good care of the baby. 
Anyway. My advice is to wait until you're 18/21 ( don't know where country you're from, or the majority age in your country ), and then think of it. Think seriously. Are you ready? Do you have enough money and time for a child? Would it make you truly happy? If yes, then go for it. If no, don't.

Hey girl! I am definitely in the same boat and I'm 17 too. My boyfriend and I have been together almost a year and I want to get married and start a family so bad but I know it's just not the right time for it. You need to stay focused on school and make money that away when you have a child you can afford to support it and give it the best life possible!

Honestly I think you should wait till you have lived your life, I'm 17 and I'm pregnant at the moment and so stressful! With school a job, finding a place to live, making sure I eat good, doctor appointments, pregnancy symptoms, etc. I didn't want the kid Bc I knew I wasn't ready but killing a little baby inside of me just terrifies me. All I can think is if it hard rn I can just imagine when he is here 😩 I love my little baby but I wish I would of waited

Do you work with kids or are you surrounded with kids at home? Because that made me have baby fever. Lol. I think most women weren't ready for kids and they make great mothers as well. But, you should think about the financial things about having kids too. Finish college, travel the world, or other things you wanted to do first and still see if you want to have a kid. I hope things will be great for you!!

If you really want one, then you will want one in a year when you are an adult and can make your own decisions. You should wait till you are at least an adult and not living with mommy and daddy
