spotting or period-TMI a little
How much is spotting or a period?
I use a menstrual cup and usually have about 3 15 mL cups full a day for the first three days.
Today I've had less than 10 mL in almost 8 hours. And the first was mixed with a lot of CM. This is the first time this has ever happened. In 10 years, I've never had a light first day.
And NO cramping. Or discomfort other than the nausea I've had the past 2.5 weeks, headache and dizziness I've had the past 2.5 weeks, and the stomach issues I've had the past week.
What's going on?
I had a bajillion preggo symptoms this month so I want to know if I should bother testing again or if this just sounds like a normal period.
