Just wondering why ...

So for as long as I can remember, my Labia has been very long. Just something I've lived with. But, the other day, I had sex for the very first time and since then, they seem to actually be smaller now. I'm not worried but I am curious as to why that would happen and I'm wondering if anyone knows why? I would have thought they would get longer if anything but instead they got smaller.
