My boyfriend just found out the other day that guys don't usually get engagement rings. He thought it was for both the girl and guy 😂 maybe that's why he hasn't asked me to marry him yet lol 😅

I told my then boyfriend that if I was wearing a ring to say I'm off the market, he had to too (was 10000% kidding).  He bought one to wear and put it on after I said yes :)

In Brazil both men and women wear an engagement ring (usually a band) on their right hand. My fiancé is American and we live in the US
