I'm doubting myself

I do see a faint line but I'm testing way too early. I have sore boobs AND cramps. I actually felt the type of uncomfortable feeling you get when you're getting a papsmear so I decided to buy the first response early results test just out of curiosity. What are the chances of this being wrong? Sorry guys I'm just freaking out. I have PCOS and never had 2 lines show up while testing.
