Pcos maybe I'm pregnant

My last period was October 27th I have pcos but my periods are usually every month just don't ovulate much I got put on metformin and the last few weeks I've lost egg cloudy white discharge and a bit of clear stringy discharge now I'm so tired always hungry got a cold in the Summer time sore boobs and I lost a brownish blood only once could I be pregnant or just pcos acting up
