Stay on the pill or go off?

Hi all-  I'm 33, as of next week, and getting married in March... I am currently on the pill but having anxiety about trying to conceive when I go off it.  My fiancé and I want to start trying right away, but I don't want to go off the pill before my wedding (fearful I will break out, as I am on birth control for my skin)... My doc says not to rush things and that I'll be able to conceive after birth control, as I am young, but of course I can't help but feel nervous/curious as to how long it could take... thoughts?
