Is it the baby?

15 weeks, first baby. I know the baby is a little below my belly button but sometimes I feel kicks or pokes above my belly button. Is it the baby or gas?

For reference 22 weeks the very top of your uterus is at the belly button. At 15 weeks it's possible to feel the baby but it would be very low

I think it's just gas if it is that high up. Since everything is shifting around, you'll probably feel things like gas a little differently. You will most definitely be feeling your baby very very soon so don't give up your excitement. And you will know it when it happens!

Could be. Everyone carries differently. With my first I carried high, and could feel her like that too
