what can I do to induce?

3cm dilated, 75% effaced, and almost a week over due. What can I do to get things moving along faster?

Yay you are soooo close! If your body is getting ready, then walking and bouncing on your exercise ball, even sex might help get you into active labor. Some people progress naturally, others don't, so no good way of telling. But if you were to be admitted to the hospital after 2cm-3cm dilated, then they have you walking the halls the whole time. I walked & bounced at the hospital from 3cm to 5 cm. I had pitocin to help me along lol, so my labor was different, but my doc just told me sane thing today... Let gravity do its job... Squat, walk, bounce, and move that baby down.

Don't induce. Could make a longer birthing process. The baby will come when it is reayd

My hubby had me run the hallway hahaaa he would time me fir a minute then break... we did it a while one evening... gave birth the next morning early :) hahh
