labor?

I'm 37+5 weeks and I've been having bad cramps most of the day and contractions off an on (irregular but all lasting 1-2 minutes). My back has been KILLING me and my upper legs have been cramping really really badly. Had diarrhea and hurts to pee or have a bowel movement. I was dilated to a 2 at 35 weeks. I feel like I've dilated more. Doctor didn't check me at 37 week Appt.b Been in pain since around 10 this morning. Could I be in labor?
