Orally or vaginally? Progesterone

Dr didnt say but i used them vaginally last time & now the bottle says take 1 at bedtime. What would you do?

You can take them either way. I had to do it twice per day and I'd do oral at bed time, vaginally during the day. Less side effects if taken vaginally but so messy

If it was vaginally wouldn't they give you an applicator,  they usually dont want your fingers up in you for risk of infection.  You need to call.
