Soooooo sick!

I'm 38 weeks today and I'm absolutely miserable. I have such a bad cold and I just want to get half decent rest before my son comes and not be sick when he gets here so I don't get him sick. I bought Sudafed that my doctor said was okay and it did nothing for me. So since today is Sunday and I can't call my doctors office and I don't want to bother the on call doctor at the hospital with a cold, do you think it would be smart to go to med express to see if they'll prescribe me something? I've just had some bad experiences in the past there and I don't want them giving me something I'm not supposed to have but I'm desperate.
