I've had my first scan already at 7w5d but they said it's only 1 baby. Have someone experienced or heared that it was 2 at the 2th scan. Like they didn't see the 2th right away?

Not likely, ultrasounds are pretty foolproof these days. They would clearly see 2 babies/sacs that early, sometimes around 12 weeks they can miss them depending on your uterine shape and location of babies, but again not likely anymore.

2nd* and it happens occasionally but it is SUPER rare nowadays for them not to see it on the first scan.

Yes.. It could happen.  I had a friend who was told 1 at a free clinic.  But then when she went to the hospital OB they have 2!   And they are 30weeks now (gestational) and growing good.  Boys!! 👣👶👶👣
