sharp shooting pains?

So... I'm ovulated on the 3rd of December and my AF is due on the 19th every so often I get cramps down one side, and when I stretch I get a sharp shooting pain near my right ovarie, i haven't tested yet as I'm nervous I'll probs get a bfn! For the 3rd year running!
