Head down since 36weeks. Will she stay that way????

Question

So baby girl has been head down since 36 weeks. I'm 38 now and being induced on the 27th of this month. She's getting to where when she moves it kind of hurts. Do they start head down from this point on?

I'm a ftm and nervous she's trying to turn breech again

While the chance of them flipping are slim at this point, yes they still can do it. With my first I had on appointment on my due date. She was head down. She came five days later and had flipped to breech. It happens but I wouldn't worry about it.

From what I understand, it's pretty unlikely for them to turn after 36 weeks whether they are breach, transverse or head down. I think you can probably count on your kiddo staying head down.
