I Need Help Understanding

This is going to sound bad but whatever. Im 17 as of today and im 11 weeks pregnant. I went for my first Ultrasound Thursday, that same day my doctor called me. For the results of it. My Aunt said it could be bad news and usually they domt call you unless there is an issue they see. So i really need help understanding, what does it mean. This week has been killer for me and i cant stand it, im so stressed and worried, and thats not good. My mom told me not to stress and so has my boyfriend, but its so hard not to.
