weird dreams no symptoms

Is it the hormones because I've been having some weird dreams! Had a nightmare last night that I was spotting but heavily, it takes me forever to fall asleep, and I'm freaking out! First sonogram this week at 7w exactly, just freaking myself out, does anyone else have no symptoms? I'm fatigued and tender breasts that are only to touch, I don't want to have morning sickness but it would easy my paranoia lol
