Some opinions?

I was on Facebook and watched a beautiful engagement video and this lady commented saying that because its two white people they are racist for wanting to stay in there race. Then she said any POC should stay within their race to better their race and culture. So opinions on this? I'm hoping its just one crazy person, but if someone can give me a good reason for feeling this way I'm willing to listen.
