5 weeks HCG 83

I'm super nervous, this is my first pregnancy. I just got blood work done and Dr. said my HCG levels are very low and I've been spotting here and there since last period. I'm going for more blood work tomorrow. Has anyone had low numbers like this and ended up having a healthy pregnancy?!
