go to ultrasound place or wait until January 12?

I'll be 13 weeks this week. I stopped by an ultrasound place and they said $50 to find out the gender this week.. should I pay the 50 or wait until I'm 16 weeks and get it for free from the dr?????

I just need help deciding 😣😣

I'm paying 115 for a gender ultrasound, a disc with the ultrasound with music, and a stuffed animal with the heartbeat this Friday, my doctor appointment for gender isn't until Jan 30th

I just went through the same dilemma yesterday! We went for our 16 weeks and realized we won't get another ultrasound until January 19th so I asked my doctor what they recommended for early gender reveal.

We are eager and are nervous that we might not see the gender if the baby is in an off position or that we might get false results. I know a couple of people that this happened to! I want to be 100%.

Www.sneakpeektest.com is what they recommended. They said if I was going to go to an ultrasound place I might as well wait and get it for free in 4 weeks from them-seeing as it runs the same risk of the baby hiding their goods and not being able to see the gender.

My husband and I are so eager that we decided to go through sneakpeek. My kit is being shipped currently. We should have an answer by Friday!

The main reason I want to go to a private place is so I can get a DVD and alllllll kinds of pictures. And a stuffed animal with the heartbeat in it. lol I probably won't end up paying for it though. I just can't spend the $95 they want. That can damn near pay for a crib!

I'm super impatient I actually just looked up private ultrasound facilities yesterday, and the cheapest here is $69 and you have to be 15 weeks at least. I can't justify spending that money when I'll find out for free from my doc at 18 weeks. $69 isn't worth the additional 3 week wait for me. I'm 13 +5 and I really really want to know the gender now. I dream about my anatomy scan... but again, I can't justify that cost. I would wait.

My private place will not do any gender check until 15 weeks. But I do know that if they are unable to determine the gender the first time you go back for free until they are able to get a good, positive reading. 
I did it with my daughter and was so happy I did. The atmosphere is way more intimate then a hospital room. I will be doing it again in five weeks for this baby.

I'm going to an ultrasound boutique because it's 4d and my doctor doesn't offer that. Plus I'll get loads of pics and a video to keep! Mine is gonna cost $75 plus I get a heartbeat bear included (not that I really need that but I guess it's a cute keepsake to have).

Depends on how soon u want to know. For me I paid 85 @ 14 weeks then to find out the same day for free thru my high risk specialist. But it was worth 85$ I got a lot of pics and my hole family was able to go
