am I pregnant

Me and my friend have recently started having sex . I lost my virginity in august and im 22 and also currently a college student. Last night we had sex ( we've been having sex these past few days) and this morning I woke up just not feeling right . We don't use condoms which is dumb I know and I'm scared that I'm pregnant . I took a pregnancy test and it came up as negative but right now I'm having cramps but no period and I'm so scared . My period ended on the 12th and I'm having lower back pain . Is it too early to take a test ? I don't know whether it's from him being rough idk . Can someone help me please
