I have had really bad diarrea (comes out like water) sometimes I go then 10 minutes later I need to go again ! My belly is making a strange rumbling noise and having cramps in my tummy / vagina and horrible back pains please reply and don't leave me hanging what should i do ? I can't go hospital cause it's that bad I will literally end up pooing myself as I wasn't quick enough to go toilet this morning 😫
