Finally got a coverline! and then I didn't... did I even ovulate??

Question

This is the first month I've ever gotten a coverline...and it disappeared the next day. The second spike even coincided with very positive opks! Any ideas what could've caused this?
I have a blood test tomorrow to find out if I'm ovulating--and I'm terrified it's going to say that I'm not. Any input would help.

If you log opk results the chart goes by that instead of giving you a coverline. A coverline is only put on your chart if you don't track using opk since using opk's are way more reliable than using your temp.

The cover line appears when you have elevating temps for several day, so when your temp went back down it voided that.  I prefer the app fertility friend for tracking temps.

Can you transfer all your temps over to fertility friend and see what it looks like there? I stopped using glow to chart a while back. I love fertility friend.
