Well this month after going to a doctor after a year of trying she told me my biggest enemy was my mind. I've had a fear that I couldn't have kids for years and years and she told me I've convinced myself of these and I need to be positive and stress free. She told me getting pregnant is like rolling snake eyes in dice. Some people do the first time and some people have to roll a lot more than others. So this month I am relaxing. I am taking a prenatal, selenium, zinc, vitamin e. Before I ovulated I took borage oil and green tea. I'm 3 DPO and I'm eating pineapple and pineapple core in addition to my vitamins. I am telling myself to stay positive even if it isn't this month.
