Our family at 8-9 weeks. Friends at 14 weeks. No facebook announcement of anything for acquaintances or more distant friends

I did it just after 8 weeks. I wasn't going to, but it was over the 4th of July and we were going to be with our families, but I was so incredibly sick that if we didn't say something, they would have guessed. We wanted to tell them on our own terms so that's why.

I called all my immediate family and really close friends right away, but didn't announce it on social media til after 9 weeks bc the doctor said the chance of miscarriage was so slim at that point.
