Iud and ance?

Ok so growing up I got very licky and never really had any breaks outs; even with different birth controls. Lately Ive noticed my face is slightly redder and I have pimples not huge hurtful ones but just tiny little ones here and there. Anyone else dealing with this? If so what are some recommendations to help get my skin back to normal and how long until yours cleared up?
