Pained 😣😣

I had a midwife appointment today and at 31 weeks little lady's head is well within my pelvis and im struggling with pain 😣 i have a birthing ball that helps a little but im struggling with the pain ive been taking paracetamol but i was wondering if anyone has any tips to help!
