I am 23 weeks pregnant and am severely constipated. I have had very little toilet success in the last two weeks and none for the last two days. Everytime I try to strain, I feel immense pressure in my vagina. It feels very tense to touch and almost like it will turn inside out. (Sorry about the gross details 😕). What can I do to help with the constipation. I really cannot eat anymore without a solution. Thanks.
