married man is trying to get me..

Hi,how would you tell a married man you don't want to date with? I'm very friendly and new in town, and I want to meet new people but this guy is interested in date me and I don't want to obviously, but I don't want to be rude ( he thinks I don't know he is married with a kid). So how can I tell him no without looking rude?
