anyone else struggling emotionally each month they don't get pregnant

Really struggling every month that get my period I feel like A loss and it's becoming really hard is anyone else like this? Only been trying a few months but each time it's getting harder my partner is so supportive especially this month as was 5 days late and then I bleed heavier with more bloody clots and it lasted even longer would love any advice on how to deal with this
