so scared 😔

So I am 6w & 5 days today , and today I started experiencing bright red bleeding... like a period but no cramping. But I'm passing medium sized clots... I miscarried about 4 months ago at 4weeks and 3 days so my mind is automatically thinking I'm having a miscarriage. But I'm not experiencing pain like I did last time. Any thoughts? Should I just go see a doctor right away or wait to see if the bleeding stops?
