Does raspberry tea really work ?

My doctor suggested I get this to get moving along I've been stuck on 2 cm since 32 weeks not that I'm wanting a preemie but now I'm so close to 36 weeks she says I should start drinking it

I've been drinking it my entire pregnancy (and even before I got pregnant.) I'm almost 36 weeks and haven't noticed any contractions, but I'm excited to see if it effects my labor at all. :)

I feel uterine contractions when I drink it. Hasn't sent me into labor tho.

I've been drinking it since 32 weeks now 36..it tones your uterus for more effective contractions when the time comes..it can induce Braxton hicks..to help thin your cervix & in turn dilate easier look into evening primrose oil pills..I have been having contractions but at 0cm & 0% effaced at 36 weeks..just started taking EPO orally a few days ago hoping I will start to thin out(you can also insert it vaginally)..but essentially nothing will work unless your body is good & ready for it to
