pregnancy

So I'm on the mini pill(without estrogen so has to be taken at the same time everyday to be fully effective) and I took it 2 days in a row late about a day or two after my period. It's now been 2 weeks since my period and I spotted for 3 days, have had sore boobs, back pain, fatigue, headaches and cramping. My period isn't due for another 11 days and I'm freaking out. I also have mild endometriosis but it wasn't acting up for a while and the symptoms are similar to endometriosis but usually my symptoms for that are SOOOOO much worse than this. Could this possibly be pregnancy and if so, can a blood test tell sooner than a stick pregnancy test?
