Ttc, need advice!

I hardly ever get responses on here but I really need advice! My husband and I have only been ttc for 1 month now. It's insane how much I'm freaking out about being infertile or something. How do I stay calm? I'm very irregular with my periods, and I just got the nexplanon implant removed on October 31st, so almost 2 months ago. I keep telling myself since I was on birth control for 3 years it's gonna be hard to conceive. I've literally taken 10 pregnancy tests even though we've only been trying for a month and every time I get a negative my heart drops. Will I ever get a positive? I just need some reassurance or stories of people who have gone through the same thing.
