1cm dilated!

Okay so I've been told by the midwife at the hospital that I'm 1cm. Was obviously sent home and told to come back when pains get worse and things progress. What can I do to speed things along here? Yes I'm aware it may not work and people will judge me for it, but I'm so ready to meet this little boy now! And yes I'm full term :)
