Is my due date from LMP or what the baby is measuring at?

Hi everyone. I'm a little confused. I was technically 6 weeks & 1 day on Monday when I went to my first prenatal appointment. The baby was measuring at 6 weeks & 4 days. The due date didn't move dramatically. It went from august 13, 2017 to August 10, 2017. If I put august 10th into Glow, it puts me st 6 weeks & 6 days today. My LMP puts me at 6 weeks & 3 days today. Which do I go by? Thank you!! Sorry if there's confusion ☺️ FTM.

Did your doctor change the due date? Typically they won't change it unless there is a dramatic difference in time. My doctor said that I was measure two days before for my first ultrasound, give or take 6 days. They didn't change my due date. I am measuring on track right now. It can change throughout your entire pregnancy.

Due date is predicted by LMP but changes as your pregnancy progresses. I would go by 6+4 weeks from the measurement of your doc.  Congrats by the way!!

I'd go with what baby measures at, personally. Knock 3 days off! Haha. But baby will likely not come on the due date anyways. Congrats!!

Ask your doctor,  some go by lmp and some go by ultrasound.  Mine goes by the ultrasound,  last pregnancy he moved my edd up 2 days , this one he moved it back 4 days. Due date is just and estimate anyway.

Go by what the doctor says. LMP is just a starting point, it's accurate-ish but doesn't account for the fact that some women ovulate early or late.

I would say go with LMP because the early scans have a margin of error of +/- 3-5 days and you are within that margin.
