HELP ASAP

Ladies I need your help. I finished my period about 4 days ago and my boyfriend and I were having sex last night when he suddenly stopped and told me I was bleeding. It was a lot of blood. It was kind of hurting around the area of my ovaries while he was screwing me aggressively while I was bent over. My stomach still feels weird this morning.

Little background; I starters birth control pills when I was 15(I'm now 19.) I quit for a few months a little while back and I'm now just starting my second pack of pills since starting again.
