Heavy Breast

My breast are very, very heavy and sore. They are not sore all the time just when I am hugged or they are touched. I haven't had a period since September but that is normal for me and something that runs in my family my mom was the same way then she found out she was pregnant with me. So I guess my question is could I be pregnant?
