Will they induce you if the baby gets too big. I'm 37w and the predict the baby ways 8lbs 10oz. They said they don't consider him a "big" baby but that's a crazy wieght. And I'm only 1cm dialated.

Are they predicting it through an ultrasound? They are almost always way off lol. A big baby isn't a good reason to induce 😒

That's not crazy... I just delivered my daughter a week ago without an epidural and she weighed 9lbs 10oz

That's really not that big. It's like average. And predicting the weight isn't that reliable. Baby could a pound less or a pound more.

That's a crazy weight lol. Plus it's just an estimate. My cousins baby was estimated to be 8 pounds but she came 4 days late and still only weighed a little over 6 pounds. Some doctors will induce you if you have a history of having bigger babies and you have a small pelvis.

Just an estimated guess. They said my 2nd was going to be bigger than my first. They thought he was "big" and only came out 7lbs 2oz 😊
