Husband said I look like a cow 😠

He knows how self conscious I've been feeling. I told him I'm getting so big so fast and I feel like a cow (this was a couple weeks ago)and he usually reassures me that I'm beautiful and stuff. So this morning, he made a weird noise and I laughed and said that sounded like a cow, and he fired back with "it's better than looking like a cow". He was kinda saying it jokingly but also in an ass hole way. I just can't believe how insensitive he could be knowing I already feel like shit. Idk what to even say
