Having my baby boy at 38 weeks 5 days!

So I went to my 38 week check up on Tuesday and found out that my baby has turned from head down position to transverse position. Doctor ordered me to come in today and get another ultrasound to see if he turned back down. He did not so now I'm scheduled to get a c section on tomorrow morning. I was hoping for a successful VBAC looks like its not going to happen. If he is head down In the morning I can have my VBAC. Has anyone else experienced this before?
