Braxton Hicks?

So I think I'm just having Braxton Hicks. But I'm getting some contractions every 5 minutes that last between 30 and 45 seconds. Some are a little painful and the others just feel like my uterus or stomach is tightening up. Is this normal or should I go to the hospital? I'm so freaked out and paranoid. I'm only 29 weeks and 3 days.

They should go away if theyre braxton hicks and they should be sporadic instead of regular id go just in case

You sound like me, I'm 29 weeks and 5 days and I've been having Braxton hicks recently, I'm super paranoid I'm going to go into preterm labor (have been having other issues too) so I know how you feel. Praying for you and your little one 💕 let us know what happens 🙏🏼

Change what your doing, if you are resting go for a little walk or do a little dance, if you are moving lay down, if they don't let up then call your doctor asap!

If they're consistent you need to go in and get checked. Braxton Hicks shouldn't be timeable and should last more like 10 seconds and not be painful only uncomfortable.
