Possibly Dumb Question...

so i read a lot of conflicting info on here and i just wanna see what all info i can gather on this. but if you somehow got pregnant while on the pill, would you still have your withdrawal bleed/period? i'm not too worried that i'm pregnant or anything bc my boyfriend pulls out and my period was normal, but i've been feeling a little sick/off and anyway i was just wondering.
