My Dr only prescribed a weeks worth of Vicodin. I wish I had more.

I didn't take any thing once discharged and only had motrin while in hospital.

I had only Tylenol and Aleve. Worked great for me, I think maybe I took it for 2 weeks. The pain hurts but it's definitely manageable. They didn't even offer me anything more. I was also breastfeeding so maybe that's why. I also didn't ask, I'd rather feel more pain and know my limits . I healed very quickly as well.

Wow... with my first, I took percocet sporadically two days after I got home, so 6 days total.

Only the iv meds they gave in the hospital tht was it . When i went home after 3days in the hospital I didn't take any I was fine and healed quick . I bet everyone is different
