Baby Measuring 3 Weeks Ahead 😳

Now this is my fourth little girl and each one has been a bit bigger than the previous. But at 27 weeks 4 days they're saying she's measuring at 31 weeks and is already over 3 pounds. They are having me monitor my blood sugar and going back in 2 weeks to look over the numbers again. I had been monitoring two weeks leading up to that appointment and had a couple times in the 130's and was often just barely over 120 2 hours after eating so they told me to work to get my numbers down. Would anyone be concerned? I know weight estimates can be off and completely wrong.
