Anyone?

Hello mothers out there I'm in a bit of a dilema. Today I went in for an ultrasound because I had done some genetic testing turn out my baby is missing an X in her xx so this means she might have turner's syndrome, we'll today in my us they found a huge amount of fluid in the back of my baby neck chest lungs and basically around her whole body. Doctor is giving her a x% of actually surviving, she said I could have a miscarriage or end up delivering a stillborn she also gave me the option to medically terminate. I'm at a loss I honestly don't even know what to think. Has anyone known someone with the same issues and delivered a healthy baby?
