Zyrtec while Nursing?
Does anyone know if taking Zyrtec while nursing dries up your milk supply? I have a lot of outdoor allergies and I've always taken it daily, but I've heard it dries you up. I've stopped taking it for the moment but I'm starting to need something for my allergies.... anyone know? I'll ask my doctor as well, I just thought I'd ask 😊
