Hematoma??

Question

Hey there guys! 
I've just come from my first ultrasound and they've found a hematoma about 4cm. I've been instructed to just take it easy but this mind of mine is overworking. Anyone had one and their pregnancy come out fine? I'm also 12+5 with my second baby, 3rd pregnancy.

I was diagnosed with one at 13+4 it was 5cm I was told to take it easy not to lift anything and was given light duties at work. I am now 16 weeks and had a scan on Tuesday and it has shrunk to 1cm. I was spotting the whole time and the last two days I haven't. I was told that I will be spotting until it heals completely and I've stopped so it's more than likely healed now. Don't stress yourself 90% of the time they will heal them selves ☺

I still have one and am 30 weeks on Monday. Mine was much bigger (7x8x5cm and latest scan 3 weeks ago was 6x5x.5 cm). All is going well here.  Definitely rest as much as possible and drink LOTS of water. I wish you the best of luck. They are so frustrating but most times all ends well.
