blood!!!!

So today I gave my hubby the big news that we are gonna be parents and he was super excited! We ended up making love (sorry tmi) but after I went to the restroom and when I wiped there was blood!😭😭 I'm a little scared cause I've MC before. Does anybody have something similar? I'm regretting everything right now, I just want my baby to stick and be healthy!😭💔 I couldn't handle another MC.
